Product Information:1)A zirconiated tungsten electrode produces an extremely stable arc and resists tungsten spitting. It is ideal for AC welding because it retains a balled tip and has a high resistance to contamination. Its current-carrying capability is equal to or greater than that of thoriated tungsten. Under no circumstances is zirconiated recommended for DC welding. 2) Color mark: WZr8 (white), WZr3(Brown) 3) Diameter:1.0 - 10.0mm, 0.040" (1.0mm), 1/16" (1.6mm), 3/32" (2.4mm), 1/8" (3.2mm) and 5/32" (4.0mm) 4) Length: 6'' (150mm), 7''(175mm) 5) Quality of surface: ground annealed, polish annealed We can make different kinds of diameter and length tungsten electrodes according to clients' requirements.
